Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Time
Please select an estimated delivery date at least one week before your event. This allows sufficient time for postage and any unforeseen shipping delays. MBC Cookies & Cakes is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has left our premises. Orders will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe provided by Australia Post or other courier services. It is your responsibility to ensure your order arrives in time for your event.

Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using Express Shipping via Australia Post with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–4 business days once dispatched. All parcels are sent with tracking for your convenience. 

Please allow up to 8 business days for production before your order is dispatched, as all cookies are made fresh to order.

Local pickup is also available from Matraville, NSW. Pickup details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Please note: For high-volume or custom orders, dispatch may take longer than 5 business days. You will be notified of any extended dispatch time when your order is confirmed. 

Shipping & Care
All cookies are heat-sealed for freshness and individually wrapped to minimise the risk of damage during transit. They have a shelf life of up to 6 weeks when stored correctly.
While we take every precaution to protect your order, we cannot guarantee that cookies will arrive undamaged once the parcel is in transit.

Delivery Dates
Once a preferred delivery date is selected, cookies will be dispatched a few days prior to that date. Delivery dates are estimates only, and MBC Cookies & Cakes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. We strongly recommend choosing a delivery date at least one week before your event to avoid disappointment.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. Once dispatched, addresses cannot be changed. If sending to a business address, include the business name.

Custom Orders
All of our cookies are custom-made to order. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we are unable to make any changes, so please ensure all details — including names, colours, and designs — are correct before checkout.

If you notice an error (such as a misspelled name), please email us immediately after placing your order at mbccookies@gmail.com. If your order has already begun production, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.
Minor variations in artwork, colour, or decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of our cookies. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
We do not offer refunds for custom orders as materials and labour have already been allocated.

Damages & Missing Items
While we pack each order carefully, MBC Cookies & Cakes is not responsible for damage during transit.

For missing parcels, please track your shipment via the tracking details provided by the courier. We are happy to assist, but once items leave our premises, delivery is managed by the courier.

Future or Last-Minute Orders
•    Future Orders: You may select a delivery date 90 days in advance at checkout.
•    Last-Minute Orders: If your order is urgent, please contact us directly via email at mbccookies@gmail.com or call/text via 0420 944 105 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
